Shipping Methods

Domestic Shipments

For the shipments of your orders, we work with the ELTA Courier service.

In all cities where there is an ELTA Courier shop, if you place your order until 13:00, your package will be delivered to your doorstep the next working day or the one after that (usually on the islands). To see if there is an ELTA Courier store in your area, click here. In difficult to access areas or where there are no ELTA courier shops, your parcel (usually within one business day) will be at your local post office, from where you can pick it up.

Shipments Abroad

For shipments abroad we use ELTA First Priority Registered Mail.

For countries of the European Union, the shipping time is about 7 working days and the cost for the products you buy is charged with 8.40€ for orders up to 99€. For larger amounts shipment is free.

For all other countries, including the US, the cost for the products you buy is charged 9,20€ for orders up to 99€. For larger amounts shipment is free.

Additional Information:

  • Orders are sent daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  • If the recipient’s name is not written on the doorbell, the delivery will fail. Therefore, in your order there is the option to write the “doorbell name”. Complete with the name that is written on the doorbell.
  • If you want to receive your order at your workplace, you should fill in the company or organization where you work in the order form.
  • If you want your order to be delivered to a different address than that of the billing address, you’ll need to fill in this information in the order form.
  • The courier is obliged to try to deliver your parcel for two consecutive working days. If you cannot be located, the parcel will remain at the local post office for you to pick it up. If after 15 days you do not pick it up, it will be returned to us.
  • Be aware that if there is a problem with the delivery of your order (eg due to an error in the data of your address), we will try to contact you on the phone that you have provided on your order.
  • If, when you receive your package, you notice that its condition is unacceptable (torn or damaged packaging) please do not accept your order. In this case, notify us of the problem immediately and we will get in touch with you to arrange for a new delivery.
