Holistic Health Synergies, in striving to deliver the best possible service to its customers, provides the opportunity to return and replace the products of your order, in case the products you received were in any way problematic, (broken or in an opened package, products other than that of the order, defective, etc.). We additionally provide you with the opportunity to return a product that you may have mistakenly ordered and replace it with the product you initially intended to order! Finally, as we desire your experience with us to be accompanied by complete satisfaction, we offer you the ability to return the product you purchased, even if you regret your purchase, and we will immediately refund your money!
Condition Policy for Returns
- The product must have been purchased from the online shop of Holistic Health Synergies
- We must be notified of your desire to return a product within seven calendar days from the day you received it
- The return of the product must be made within 14 calendar days since the day you received it
- The product to be returned must be accompanied by its original receipt
- In the case of a product of incorrect shipment, the product must be returned in the condition it was received in, in its original packaging, unopened, intact and undamaged
- When returning a product, any gifts, accompanying products or offers that may have been included, must also be returned
- Fill in the “Product Return” form, giving your contact information, the details of your order and the product you want to return
- You will immediately receive an email with details and a code for the return of the product
- Proceed to sending the product back to us and we will either replace it, or deposit the money in the account you have indicated to us
- In the event that the wrong product has been sent to you, our courier will pick up the package in which you have packed said product. On the day we receive it, we will send the correct product. You will not be charged for the shipping.
- If the product is in any way problematic, and it is our fault or the fault of the courier service, the same product replacement process as above applies
- If you wanted a specific product, and accidentally ordered another, you can inform us by filling in the product return form. In this case, you will send us the product and we will replace it with the one you initially intended to purchase. This is only possible if the product that we receive is intact and unopened. If there are any differences in product price, and/or shipping costs, you will be informed by e-mail.
- If you change your mind and do not want a product, you must return it in the state in which you received it, giving us the account number (IBAN) in which you would like us to deposit your money. For security reasons, the account holder should be identical to the name indicated on the sales receipt. Keep in mind that in this case, you will be charged with any shipment and cash on delivery costs. Refunds are made immediately. The money is deposited in your account within 3 business days from the day we receive the product.
